In accordance with article L11-3 of the French Intellectual Property Code, the Client is informed that the possession of the material or dematerialised support of the works (digital files) does not, as such, constitute a transfer of intellectual property rights.
Consequently, the extent of the transfer of rights will be limited to the uses expressly referred to in the Contract signed between the Photographer and the Client, order by order or within the framework of an ongoing business relationship between the parties.
Images purchased in the form of digital files must not be modified in such a way as to alter the integrity of the image without prior agreement.
DROITS D’AUTEUR
Conformément à l’article L11-3 du Code de la propriété intellectuelle, le client est informé de ce que la détention du support matériel ou dématérialisée des œuvres (fichiers numériques) ne vaut pas, en tant que telle, transfert des droits de propriété intellectuelle.
Dès lors, l’étendue de la cession de droits sera limitée aux utilisations expressément visées par le Contrat signé entre la Photographe et le Client, commande par commande ou dans le cadre d’une relation d’affaire suivie entre parties.
Les images achetées sous forme de fichiers numériques ne doivent pas être modifiées de manière à altérer l'intégrité de l'image sans accord préalable.
